During my recent holiday at the ForRest Hotel, nestled within the serene embrace of nature, I found the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. The rooms were not only comfortable but also offered private terraces where we could enjoy stunning views of the surrounding forest, allowing for peaceful moments of reflection – a luxury for any history enthusiast like myself. While the breakfast selection was modest, each item was fresh and flavorful, offering a taste of local fare that complemented our morning routines perfectly. The location was particularly beneficial, providing easy access to captivating sights; for instance, the enchanting castle in Krasna Lipa is just a short drive away, ideal for a day steeped in history. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, though it’s worth noting that their proficiency in English is limited compared to German. It added a delightful layer of challenge to our interactions, making the experience all the more immersive. The ForRest Hotel provided not just a place to rest, but a welcoming base from which to explore the rich tapestry of Central Europe – a gem for any traveler.
